Hello

I'm Kathy Jones and I decided to start this blog site to tell you about how I beat my Frozen Shoulder.

It's a kind of diary I suppose - about how I developed frozen shoulder pain, struggled with it for a while and then learned to cope better before I fully recovered.

I finally found proper relief with the help of a Doctor in Scotland and his Frozen Shoulder survival kit. You should take a look because I guess it will help you too.

As you'll see from my photo, I'm reaching the best years of my life. I have a wonderful husband, three children and four grandchildren.

For a while my frozen shoulder ruined all the fun of my life - but I'm back in action now - and my family have got their great fun grandma back again.

If you have sore shoulder then don't despair. You will get better soon.
